What’s included in a maintenance plan?
Each plan gives you a fixed number of hours per month for updates, bug fixes, and light content work — plus backend maintenance like SEO checks, performance tuning, and security updates. Think of it as ongoing care for your site without chasing freelancers.
What counts as a “Usable Hour”?
Usable Hours are time we spend on your direct requests — like updating copy or images, fixing layout bugs, or building new pages with existing components. You ask, we ship.
What’s a “Maintenance Hour”?
These are hours we spend proactively — monitoring performance, patching security issues, and running SEO health checks. It keeps your site clean, fast, and ranking well.
What if I need more hours?
You can buy additional hours anytime in blocks of 10, at USD 1,500 per block. If you need a bigger upgrade (like a redesign or new feature), we’ll scope and quote that separately.
Do you help with writing or new design work?
Not under the maintenance plan. Copywriting, visual redesigns, and custom components are quoted separately. We’ll flag anything outside your plan and suggest next steps.
Do I need to commit for a full year?
No — you can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans give you two months free and let you carry forward unused hours. Monthly plans are more flexible, but unused hours don’t roll over.
Can I upgrade or cancel later?
You can upgrade anytime. To cancel, just give us 30 days’ written notice before the next renewal. We’ll wrap things up cleanly and deliver your reports.
